Key Update: From Per-Conversation to Per-Message Billing Meta is transitioning from a conversation-based pricing model to a message-based model to offer greater transparency and control over messaging costs. β Whatβs Changing Old Model: Charges were based on a 24-hour conversation window. New Model: Charges will now apply per template message delivered. π Applies To: Marketing templates Utility templates Authentication templates π Customer Service Window (Still Free) When a user messages your business, a 24-hour customer service window is activated. During this window: You can reply with free-form messages or utility templates at no cost. Each new user message refreshes the 24-hour window.
